Practice is adapted for all abilities, generating a compassionate space for emotional, physical, and spiritual awareness. Candice Wu is a Pure Yoga trained Vinyasa Yoga instructor. In addition to Pure Yoga Training, Candice utilizes her training in Ayurvedic Medicine, Reiki, Sanskrit, Kriya Yoga, Pyschology, Applied Kinesiology, and Fine Arts education.

She enjoys continuing her learning through trainings and workshops including with her gurus Jim Kulackoski and Allison English.
